1. Power to witness
Acts 1:8
But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit has come
upon you, and you will be my witnesses in Jerusalem and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the end of the earth."
2. Power for boldness
Acts 4:31
And when they had prayed, the place in which they were
gathered together was shaken, and they were all filled with the Holy Spirit and continued to speak the word of God with boldness.
3. Power for miracles
Acts 6:8 (NIV)
Now Stephen, a man full of God's grace and power (dunamis), did great wonders and miraculous signs among the people.
Acts 8:13 (NIV)
Simon himself believed and was baptized. And he followed
Philip everywhere, astonished by the great signs and miracles (dunamis) he saw.

When the crowds heard Philip and saw the miraculous signs he did, they all paid close attention to what he said. With shrieks, evil spirits came out of many, and many paralytics and cripples were healed.

5. Power for divine appointments
Acts 8:26
Now an angel of the Lord said to Philip, "Rise and go
toward the south to the road that goes down from Jerusalem to Gaza." This is a desert place. And he rose and went. And there was an Ethiopian, a eunuch, a court official of Candace, queen of the Ethiopians, who was in charge of all her treasure. He had come to Jerusalem to worship... And the Spirit said to Philip, "Go to that chariot and stay near it."
Acts 8:39
And when they came up out of the water, the Spirit of the Lord carried Philip away, and the eunuch saw him no more, and went on his way rejoicing. But Philip found himself at Azotus, and as he passed through he preached the gospel to all the towns until he came to Caesarea.
